ZOË A Pilates Studio

Established in 1995, ZOË was the first studio to bring Pilates to the Playhouse District of Pasadena and is dedicated to teaching the method in its original form on the equipment designed to the specifications of Joseph Pilates.

The studio is located in the historical Lockwood Building built in 1923. High ceilings, natural light and architectural elements of the Spanish-Baroque period create an environment that is at once inviting, elegant and professional.

ZOË is a Power Pilates Participating Training Center.
